Avanti

A lavish 3500-square-foot apartment in the center of Pune was created to showcase the client’s modern vibe and simplicity. This house is a 35-story structure designed by the illustrious firm ABIL. Maintaining the customer’s reputation was a major issue while constructing a site because the client is one of our country’s well-known politicians. With a subdued colour scheme and generous use of natural stone and tiles, the goal was to create a streamlined and uncomplicated room. We designed this house using the Ordos and Grados tile patterns. The modernity of the tower is enhanced by the combination of traditional marble with contemporary pattern tiles, a range of mirrors, charcoal black metal bars, and a calming colour scheme. Visually, the rooms merge into one another, with the dining area and living room only separated by a pivoting fluted metal divider. Many original pieces of furniture and artwork were created for the house to suit its contemporary aesthetic. The furnishings and bright artwork offer a stylish splash of colour to the bland, monochrome walls. As a result, the site is sparsely decorated and places an emphasis on industrial components. Furthermore, patterns are quite scarce. Huge apertures allow air and natural light to enter the building, which displays veneer in a variety of subdued tones. Veneer is a stellar material that will subtly improve the ambience.
